TESTING DONE AND BEING DONE BY UNIVERSITY FOOD SAFETY
Extensive studies and tested has already and still being done by the University of Arizona-Tucson, food safety division to proof the effectiveness of DAS sanitizer on leafy green vegetables, like lettuces and other leafy greens. More testing currently being done but the preliminary testing has shown great promise eliminating pathogens. See results here

UNIVERSITY OF ARIZONA - Pathogen testing
The University of Arizona Food safety division has done extensive testing on DAS Sanitizer. It has been found that DAS is effective on killing e-coli, listeria and salmonella. Tests done by their scientists have shown great promise in reducing if not elimination these pathogens naturally.
